Responsibilities
- Implement tactical missile flight algorithms using embedded C++.
- Perform modeling and data analysis for missile defense systems.
- Apply 3-DOF and 6-DOF missile dynamics expertise.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with diverse assignments and teams across organizational levels.
- Travel approximately 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and five years of related experience, or a STEM master’s degree and three years of related experience, or a PhD and one year of experience.
- Experience with modeling and data analysis.
- Experience implementing tactical missile flight algorithms using embedded C++.
- Experience using MATLAB.
- Experience with 3-DOF and 6-DOF missile dynamics.
- Current active, in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required at application and start.
- Extensive missile defense domain knowledge is preferred.
- Familiarity with Atlassian and Agile software development practices is preferred.
- Security+ certification is preferred.
- A current active, in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret clearance is preferred.
