Base Salary

$100k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Bitwarden and its product portfolio.
  • Lead customer proof-of-concept trials, deployments, and integrations of Bitwarden containerized services.
  • Advise customers on industry best practices across the Bitwarden technology stack.
  • Troubleshoot enterprise customer issues and proactively identify future solutions.
  • Guide business prospects and customers through implementations, technology integrations, and security considerations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Plan, develop, and present live technical product demonstrations.
  • Document and share customer feedback with the Bitwarden team.

Requirements

  • Excellent English, grammar, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
  • Project-planning and collaborative time-management abilities.
  • Empathy, customer advocacy, teamwork, and a willingness to share technical knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a technical role such as Systems Engineer, Implementation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Equivalent education or demonstrable skills may be accepted.
  • Familiarity with several listed systems, cloud, containerization, identity, networking, authentication, and API technologies.
  • Ability and desire to work remotely.
