Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Manage software development lifecycle activities including testing, implementation, auditing, upgrades, revisions, fixes, patches, and documentation.
- Provide production support and develop enhancements for Oracle EBS applications.
- Execute, assess, troubleshoot, and correct software programs and application errors.
- Develop Oracle EBS technical designs with appropriate scalability, performance, and architectural considerations.
- Monitor production queues, update tickets according to SLA requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide effective resolutions.
- Troubleshoot concurrent program failures, performance issues, long-running programs, and standard API problems.
- Develop and maintain ODI mappings, error handling, automation, load plans, and object migrations.
- Develop custom ADF applications and support Oracle Applications architecture.
- Follow software quality and SDLC processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience.
- Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS technologies and modules.
- Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 6i, Oracle Reports 6i, XML Publisher, Personalization, Migrations, and Custom PLL.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator, including ODI Master and Work Repository.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ODI mappings, error handling, automation, load plans, and object migration.
- Experience developing custom ADF applications.
- Experience with Unix scripting and production support projects.
- Ability to analyze functional documents and create technical design specifications.
- Experience debugging standard APIs, concurrent programs, performance issues, and long-running programs.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across global and cross-cultural teams.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and support multiple locations when necessary.
- Global Agile Team experience is an advantage.
