Responsibilities

Own the technical delivery of strategic partner accounts from discovery through production and ongoing operation.
Lead partner discovery, requirements analysis, system design, sequencing, delivery planning, and scope trade-off communication.
Serve as the final escalation point for complex production and integration failures, driving root-cause resolution and systemic improvements.
Instrument owned solutions and report on reliability, performance, and delivery commitments.
Lead post-implementation reviews and convert findings into reusable playbook improvements.
Provide technical direction, architecture and design review, mentorship, and growth support to Solutions Engineers.
Create documentation, runbooks, and internal enablement so other teams can operate delivered systems.
Represent Solutions Engineering in cross-functional planning, roadmap reviews, and broader technical decisions.

8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a closely related discipline, including ownership of production systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading multi-team or multi-quarter technical initiatives end to end and setting technical direction.
Hands-on fluency across front-end web development, backend services, API design and integration, relational and non-relational data stores, event-driven and distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Deep expertise in at least one technical domain with sufficient breadth to work effectively across others.
Ability to influence engineers, product managers, clinicians, and partner stakeholders without direct authority.
Precise communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
Healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
