Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale full-stack applications using Next.js, React Query, TailwindCSS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Drive technical direction by influencing architecture and establishing engineering standards.
- Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Translate Figma designs into interactive experiences while ensuring robust backend integrations.
- Use data to drive impact through A/B testing and iterative improvements.
- Mentor engineers and lead design reviews to enhance team effectiveness.
- Ensure quality and reliability through testing and automation across the stack.
- Manage deployment and operations on platforms like Netlify and AWS, and build CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion engineering culture by setting standards for performance, security, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Passionate about improving user experience with high-quality user-facing products.
- Fluent in TypeScript and CSS, with extensive experience in NextJS and ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with React-Query, Tailwind CSS, and front-end tooling like Webpack.
- Experience in collaborative development environments using Git and GitHub.
- Ability to translate designs from Figma into accessible interfaces across devices.
- Establish testing practices and methodologies for the team.
- Understand front-end performance optimization and scalability.
- Thoughtful about documentation, communication, and team enablement.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with end-to-end ownership.
