Responsibilities

  • Translate Figma designs into interactive experiences while ensuring robust backend integrations.
  • Use data to drive impact through A/B testing and iterative improvements.
  • Mentor engineers and lead design reviews to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Ensure quality and reliability through testing and automation across the stack.
  • Manage deployment and operations on platforms like Netlify and AWS, and build CI/CD pipelines.
  • Champion engineering culture by setting standards for performance, security, and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Passionate about improving user experience with high-quality user-facing products.
  • Fluent in TypeScript and CSS, with extensive experience in NextJS and ReactJS.
  • Hands-on experience with React-Query, Tailwind CSS, and front-end tooling like Webpack.
  • Experience in collaborative development environments using Git and GitHub.
  • Ability to translate designs from Figma into accessible interfaces across devices.
  • Establish testing practices and methodologies for the team.
  • Understand front-end performance optimization and scalability.
  • Thoughtful about documentation, communication, and team enablement.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with end-to-end ownership.
