
Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer with Camunda

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java Spring Framework and Angular.
- Design complex BPMN-based business processes and workflows with the headless Camunda platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Establish software engineering best practices, including code quality standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering ownership, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and modernization of technology platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, technology risk standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Promote Windsurf and emerging AI technologies to improve engineering flow and delivery cycles.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional technology teams and present solutions to end users, stakeholders, and technology leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with team members and organizational partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, Camunda BPM, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular 15+, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and DB2 and with NoSQL technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Hazelcast or Redis distributed caching.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
- Experience with TDD, JUnit, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, and modern software development practices.
- Experience with performance profiling, memory and CPU analysis, and tuning automation and testing tools.
- Understanding of HTTPS and SSL/TLS; familiarity with ELK Stack, AppDynamics, or Splunk is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
