Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java Spring Framework and Angular.
  • Design complex BPMN-based business processes and workflows with the headless Camunda platform.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Establish software engineering best practices, including code quality standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering ownership, accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and modernization of technology platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, technology risk standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Promote Windsurf and emerging AI technologies to improve engineering flow and delivery cycles.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional technology teams and present solutions to end users, stakeholders, and technology leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with team members and organizational partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–9 years of full-stack software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, Camunda BPM, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular 15+, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and DB2 and with NoSQL technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Hazelcast or Redis distributed caching.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Perl, or Bash.
  • Experience with TDD, JUnit, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, and modern software development practices.
  • Experience with performance profiling, memory and CPU analysis, and tuning automation and testing tools.
  • Understanding of HTTPS and SSL/TLS; familiarity with ELK Stack, AppDynamics, or Splunk is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
