Responsibilities
- Develop organizational, business-process, enterprise IT, and Salesforce transformation strategies.
- Design Salesforce solutions, data models, enterprise architectures, and multi-cloud architectures.
- Lead or support requirements gathering, application design, architecture design, development, testing, migration, and deployment.
- Advise customers and executives on Salesforce governance, Center of Excellence operating models, and architecture optimization.
- Participate in Salesforce Org health checks, design authority processes, proof-of-concept validation, and continuous improvement.
- Support project planning, delivery management, development standards, quality management, and DevOps process design.
- Evaluate and help implement Agentforce and other AI-enabled solutions for customer transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of practical experience in strategy and change design, governance and optimization, or project execution and support, including a primary driving role.
- At least 3 years of team leadership or project leadership experience; the formal job title is not required to include leadership terminology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives, senior customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to quickly understand business needs, Salesforce technical concepts, and project methodologies.
- Native-level Chinese and business-level English communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, unlearning, adaptability, and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
- Experience with AI, data applications, data governance, or AI agent projects is preferred.
- International project delivery and cross-border collaboration experience in English is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to improve consulting or system implementation efficiency and delivery quality is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are preferred.
