Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic interface for global and strategic regional partners and build relationships with partner executives and practice leaders.
- Lead joint business planning, partner practice growth, specialization strategy, and go-to-market alignment.
- Lead technical discovery, executive briefings, solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, and architectural validation for partner-led opportunities.
- Translate ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities into differentiated, scalable solutions aligned with industry workflows and customer outcomes.
- Champion intelligent workflows, automation, agent-based use cases, responsible AI adoption, and partner co-innovation.
- Connect solution strategy to measurable outcomes such as efficiency, growth, ROI, and time-to-value.
- Coordinate internal specialist teams to provide a unified partner experience and support critical technical escalations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, enterprise technology advisory, or related roles.
- Proven experience leading technical discovery, demonstrations, partner engagements, and relationships with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology alliances.
- Ability to influence senior partner stakeholders at the VP level and connect business strategy, industry context, and technology solutions.
- Experience shaping or scaling partner practices, offerings, or go-to-market motions.
- Conceptual and architectural understanding of enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled use cases, automation patterns, data-driven workflows, and integrating AI into work processes.
- Deep familiarity with at least one industry vertical, such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Now Assist, AI Agents, management consulting, strategy advisory, partner business development, multiple partner routes to market, competitive platforms, or ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or architectural certifications.

- Base pay is listed at $134,250 to $221,550, with equity where applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.

- The role offers a flexible or remote work persona, depending on location and eligibility.
- Travel for partner, customer, and organizational activities may be required up to 50%.
