Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade data models, cross-system relationships, and scalable Dataverse architectures aligned to business processes.
- Define solution architecture, standards, governance, and repeatable delivery patterns for Dataverse-based systems.
- Build AI-driven workflows and agents that generate Dataverse schemas, configurations, documentation, and other delivery artifacts.
- Establish controlled and repeatable use of Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex, and similar AI tools across teams.
- Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, repositories, and assets for scalable delivery and AI consumption.
- Define extension architectures using React-based applications and Azure Functions for orchestration or integration.
- Lead ALM, DevOps, environment strategy, deployment, and maintainability practices.
- Provide technical leadership, set standards, and guide delivery across teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working with Dataverse or Dynamics 365.
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering complex Dataverse solutions.
- Deep expertise in entity modeling and data architecture.
- Experience applying AI tools in a structured, delivery-focused manner.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-driven or agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of ALM, DevOps, environment strategy, and solution governance.
- Experience defining standards, patterns, and reusable frameworks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience building React applications integrated with Dataverse is desirable.
- Experience using Azure Functions for orchestration or integration is desirable.
- Familiarity with MCP servers or similar AI integration approaches is desirable.
- Experience building internal platforms or delivery accelerators is desirable.
- Consultancy or multi-project delivery experience is desirable.
