Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks and regression suites.
- Build API, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional automated tests.
- Integrate quality gates and test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define test data strategies and maintain traceable quality evidence.
- Identify quality risks, drive remediation plans, and define test strategies.
- Produce Test Project Completion Certificates.
- Plan, monitor, and manage operational delivery against agreed quality parameters and timelines.
- Coordinate scope, stakeholders, escalation matrices, milestones, timelines, and work allocation with onshore managers.
- Design and implement management information systems for status reporting and risk or control trend identification.
- Promote risk governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and customer service across business processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles.
- Strong experience with API or service testing and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of test strategy and quality metrics.
- Good SQL and data-validation skills.
- Professional working English proficiency at B2+/C1 level or above preferred.
- Experience with regulated and mission-critical systems is desirable.
- Exposure to performance testing, contract testing, and test data management is desirable.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA, or CIA.
