Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and design, develop, test, and maintain software programs.
- Write, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and processes.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, system modifications, deployment, monitoring, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, functional teams, engineering staff, systems analysts, project managers, and clients.
- Capture requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support customer satisfaction.
- Complete continuing education and certifications to remain current with programming practices and skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with OpenText InfoArchive.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, perform coding, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation and testing processes.
- Ability to document technical solutions, project activities, and status accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders and provide customer-focused support.
