Base Salary
$92k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Agile software development techniques.
- Analyze customer requirements in consultation with business process owners, customers, users, and constituents.
- Migrate applications from ADFS identity and access management to Okta.
- Perform application testing.
- Create and maintain migration plans, implementation plans, test plans, application documentation, and user story updates.
- Use the DevOps tool stack to build, inspect, deploy, and test applications.
- Coordinate with project teams to deliver technically sound projects on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate system requirements with technical resources, project managers, and customers at various levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field and 8 or more years of related experience, or a high school diploma with an additional 4 or more years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Agile software development.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, and Windows Communication Foundation.
- Software development experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with web services and frameworks including REST and SOAP.
- Experience with JSON and JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Angular.
- Experience with database query languages including Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft T-SQL.
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Experience with API testing tools including SoapUI, Postman, and JMeter.
- Experience with relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server or higher.
- Experience with XML technologies.
- Experience integrating identity and access management systems using SAML, XACML, SPML, and SSO.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer-interface skills.
- Preferred experience with identity and access management systems, particularly Okta integration.
- Preferred experience with AWS, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, SonarQube, Tenable, Eclipse, JDeveloper, and Visual Studio.
