Responsibilities

Design, create, extend, deploy, and upgrade Pega applications using PRPC and related Pega frameworks.
Manage rules, rulesets, branching, enterprise class structures, roles, access groups, privileges, data access, and integration settings.
Lead Pega upgrade processes and rule remediation.
Provide technical thought leadership and collaborate with product owners, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and agile teams to deliver solutions.
Perform code reviews, review alert logs, and enforce Pega architecture, coding, UI, quality, and corporate standards.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an IT-related field.
Five years of experience in the offered role or a related position.
Three years of experience with Pega upgrades and upgrade process and rule remediation.
Experience with Pega Cloud.
Pega CSA Certification.
Experience with the full PRPC implementation cycle, including Enterprise Class Structure design and rulesets and branching design.

Remote work is permitted up to five days per week throughout the U.S.
The role requires up to 20% domestic travel.
