Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, enhance, and support critical software applications across multiple business units.
- Design and develop high-performance application solutions and modify complex software for optimized performance.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex application issues and bugs.
- Analyze business requirements, define application scope and objectives, and evaluate application software packages.
- Create design and impact documents, translate requirements into system designs, and maintain version-controlled deliverables.
- Code and configure application components and interfaces.
- Test new installations and software before release to minimize failures and business impact.
- Collaborate with business areas, systems analysts, and business analysts to document requirements and communicate project specifications.
- Contribute to application software reporting initiatives and maintain knowledge of the application environment.
- Lead or contribute to requirements and solution work across multiple business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- At least 5 years of experience with Java, JavaScript, APIs and vendor APIs, Jira, VMware virtualization, and Scrum methodology.
- At least 5 years of knowledge of systems development life-cycle practices.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, assimilate research data, recommend actions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to design applications using new or existing methodologies and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate clearly, build effective working relationships, coach others, and interact with all levels of management.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities, develop action plans, and manage tasks through completion.
- Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education is preferred.
- A related master’s degree is preferred.
