Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Solve ambiguous problems end-to-end, including scoping, design, implementation, and testing of GDC connected and GGS solutions.
- Work cross-team with Product Managers, vendors, NPI, and cluster teams to make NodeOS easy and intuitive for users.
- Create high-quality deliverables and generalize common patterns to remove development and operations bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- Experience building and maintaining Linux distributions, including package management, kernel updates, and kernel configuration management tooling.
- At least 1 year of experience working with operating systems.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with C++ or Go.
- Preferred: experience with Linux boot loaders, initramfs, attestation infrastructure, and TPMs.
- Preferred: knowledge of Kubernetes, including developing Kubernetes controllers and debugging in the Kubernetes environment.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000-$210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
