Responsibilities
- Design workflow primitives and capabilities for task management.
- Build AI-powered product flows for usability and reliability.
- Define user interactions with workflows from initiation to completion.
- Create feedback loops to improve workflows based on real usage.
- Handle real-world inputs to ensure consistent system behavior.
- Expand the platform with new workflows and integrations.
- Transform ambiguous ideas into shipped features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a product-focused software engineering role.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience in building and shipping product features end-to-end.
- Strong product instincts with a user-centric focus.
- Ability to turn vague concepts into tangible products.
- Comfort with real-world systems and their inconsistencies.
- A sense of ownership and a bias for quick iteration.
