Base Salary
$208k - $281k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, workloads, deployment environments, and success criteria.
- Advise customers on how to obtain value from the product and support successful adoption.
- Deliver technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and product evaluations.
- Help customers observe and accelerate workloads running on Arm-based systems.
- Evangelize the product with customer engineering, architecture, and technical decision-making teams.
- Translate customer feedback and requirements into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions in customer environments.
- Work with engineering teams to improve product usability, performance, documentation, and customer readiness.
- Create technical collateral, examples, guides, and demos.
- Own customer technical outcomes for key accounts.
Requirements
- Experience running, deploying, or supporting workloads on cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, containers, virtual machines, networking, and storage concepts.
- Ability to work directly with customers on discovery, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and solution design.
- Strong technical problem-solving, first-principles reasoning, ownership, adaptability, and independent working skills.
- Development experience in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Go, Java, C++, or Rust.
- Practical experience using Linux command-line tools and debugging complex technical systems.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics.
- Preferred experience includes Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Customer Engineer work; systems performance analysis; distributed systems; cloud infrastructure; networking; storage or compute performance; customer-facing technical assets; enterprise customers; software development; CI/CD pipelines; infrastructure-as-code; observability tools; DevOps workflows; AI, ML, data processing, or high-performance computing; and cross-team or cross-time-zone collaboration.
