Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Data 360 integrations and data models.
- Create segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design software solutions.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, and work independently as a subject-matter expert.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to improve application development processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, data streams, and data model design.
- Experience creating segments, activations, and calculated insights.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing and building applications to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development features is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
