Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, integration, and delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Spring Boot and Java.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and monitor project progress to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Optimize application performance and scalability in complex environments.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, including a minimum of 7.5 years with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing microservices architectures using Spring Boot and Java.
- Experience with container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.
- In-depth understanding of investment banking concepts.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
