Responsibilities
- Advise finance executives, business stakeholders, and project leadership on complex finance and technology transformation challenges.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Cloud Financials and secure stakeholder approval for solution designs and implementation strategies.
- Facilitate process design workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution reviews, executive design sessions, and conference room pilots.
- Lead functional workstreams covering requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate functional and technical teams to deliver integrations across Oracle and non-Oracle platforms.
- Drive testing cycles, solution demonstrations, defect resolution, deployment readiness, governance, risk management, change management, and executive communications.
- Mentor project teams and contribute to Oracle Cloud delivery methodologies, accelerators, templates, best practices, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
- Support business development, proposals, solutioning workshops, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of Oracle implementation experience, including 10+ years supporting Oracle Financial applications and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- At least 4 years as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Architect on global Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Experience delivering at least 5-6 Oracle Cloud/Fusion ERP implementations, including multiple full lifecycle deployments.
- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Collections, Tax, and Subledger Accounting.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, and Project Finance is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of integration points with Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Fixed Assets, Core HR, and third-party applications.
- Experience leading business process design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Demonstrated consulting ability, executive stakeholder engagement, and leadership of complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance operating models, accounting processes, controls, compliance requirements, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with global, distributed, and multicultural delivery teams.

- Base compensation is listed at $103,879-$242,400 per year, with possible additional variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
