Base Salary
$113k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate RFP and RFI business requirements into technical architectures spanning data engineering, data visualization, AI, and generative AI.
- Define end-to-end application architectures from data ingestion through data consumption and AI/ML.
- Develop migration approaches and estimation patterns for storage objects, ETL jobs, orchestration, and reports.
- Align cloud, data, BI, and AI technologies with client business use cases.
- Prepare and validate ADM effort estimates with AI and Data capability subject-matter experts.
- Ensure solution designs meet service-level metrics and key performance indicators.
- Develop AI-first automation solutions in collaboration with subject-matter experts.
- Design onshore, offshore, and nearshore staffing models and pyramid structures.
- Create solution-planning PowerPoint decks for sales and delivery alignment.
- Participate in solution and delivery reviews with leadership across geographies.
- Connect sales and delivery teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Contribute to client proposals, statements of work, and contracting documents.
- Present and defend solutions in internal and external forums.
- Transition finalized solutions to delivery teams after deal closure.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional, global environments.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence within AI and Data delivery or presales.
- At least 8 years of experience with Azure, AWS, or Google cloud ecosystems in delivery or presales.
- At least 3 years of GenAI and agentic AI delivery or presales experience.
- At least 2 years of AI-led delivery experience in cross-functional and global environments while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with the posting specifying at least 12 years of work experience for the equivalent route; an associate degree may qualify with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred experience across Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, or Energy industries.
- Preferred certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, or other ecosystem partner tools.
- Preferred external client-facing consulting experience.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for leadership and client storytelling.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
