Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable real-time systems.
- Own technical solutions from development through live production.
- Act as an escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
- Apply governance to solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and manage work estimation and solution documentation.
- Distribute knowledge and coach and mentor team members.
- Build and maintain event-based systems that enable the business to create new bonus mechanics.
Requirements
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects.
- Commercial experience using cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
- Experience developing Go microservices.
- Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment and prioritize people over process.
- Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL, or WPF.
