Base Salary
$95k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with executives, managers, end-users, partners, and other client stakeholders.
- Lead onboarding and implementation activities while coordinating with sales, product, and services teams.
- Develop and deliver engineering services, analytics, reporting, and data-informed recommendations for customer operational challenges.
- Create and execute strategic customer success plans aligned with client objectives.
- Identify product adoption, expansion, and upselling opportunities for the account management team.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client inquiries and issues beyond basic monitoring and support.
- Conduct product training and provide ongoing education and guidance.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with account and product management to improve the platform and customer experience.
- Track adoption and renewal metrics, including MAU and NRR, and prepare customer success reports and executive summaries.
- Improve tools and processes and take on additional responsibilities to support Bueno's growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration, building and energy analytics, building energy optimization, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, preferably in client-facing customer success or software service roles.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, building systems, energy efficiency, energy calculations, and measurement and verification.
- Strong knowledge of the built environment and building services market.
- Technical expertise with refrigeration systems and commercial experience in retail refrigeration are preferred.
- Experience in analytics and data modelling is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional remote teams.
- Excellent project and task management, verbal and written communication, proactive working, and self-management skills.
- Must be able to work full time in the United States.
