Responsibilities
- Build production AI agents with TypeScript services on AWS using Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Bedrock, Strands, LangGraph, and AI SDKs.
- Design agent behavior, sandboxed runtimes, scoped tool access, read-only worktrees, and budget and timeout safeguards.
- Build evaluation systems using golden sets, production replays, calibrated judges, and recall, precision, and false-positive gates.
- Implement observability with reason-coded metrics, structured logs, alerts, Splunk investigations, and VictoriaMetrics.
- Maintain Terraform roots across environments and improve GitLab CI/CD for build, test, deployment, and quality gates.
- Build integrations resilient to retries, rate limits, permanent failures, and stale state.
- Review AI-generated code for security, correctness, and maintainability, and help teams configure assistants, skills, hooks, and MCP servers.
- Build React-based agent-facing tools and APIs for summaries, dashboards, and internal tooling.
- Document systems through architecture and sequence diagrams, runbooks, and decision records.
Requirements
- Broad full-stack perspective with adaptability across modern software stacks and architectures.
- Strong production experience with React and TypeScript, including Node.js, asynchronous patterns, testing, and monorepo tooling.
- Working proficiency with Python for backend services, evaluations, analysis, and automation.
- Hands-on AWS experience beyond serverless, including containers, networking, compute, and IAM.
- Production experience shipping LLM API features using prompts, tool calling, structured output, and long context, including release-gating evaluations.
- Experience reading and safely modifying Terraform configurations across environments.
- Hands-on experience with both NoSQL and SQL stores, including schema changes and live-system migrations.
- Ability to design metrics, logs, and alarms for non-deterministic systems and debug production issues.
- Proficiency with modern CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitLab CI/CD.
- Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly.
- Desirable experience with multi-agent systems, MCP servers, evaluation frameworks, LLM cost control, prompt-injection defense, agent security, GraphQL, code intelligence or retrieval, Kubernetes, AWS AppSync, EventBridge, Playwright, Cucumber, or Claude certifications.
Benefits
- Full-time employment with full remote working possibilities in Poland.
- Internal events, meetups, conferences, workshops, Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications.
- Opportunities for internal mobility across diverse domains and projects.
- Company-paid premium medical package through Luxmed.
- Access to the MyBenefit cafeteria platform.
- Collaborative community and opportunities to work on large-scale projects with global impact.
