Responsibilities
- Build features across Workforce Management and Agentic product areas.
- Develop accessible, responsive React interfaces and TypeScript backend services and APIs.
- Use NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Google Cloud Platform to develop backend systems.
- Write modular, well-tested code and contribute to technical designs.
- Review code, provide feedback, and improve engineering practices, tooling, and documentation.
- Investigate production issues and participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Agentic platform teams.
- Integrate agentic capabilities into customer workflows and learn emerging agentic technologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience building production web applications.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Experience developing backend services and APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
- Experience writing frontend or backend tests.
- Understanding of software design, performance, and maintainability.
- Ability to debug problems across multiple parts of an application.
- Experience independently delivering projects.
- Collaborative approach to technical decisions and feedback.
- Ability to leverage AI to accelerate engineering work.
