Base Salary
$123k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Possess strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized applications.
- Deploy and manage UDS environments across AWS EKS, Azure AKS, and on-prem.
- Build and maintain custom UDS packages and application-specific modules.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules.
- Adhere to SLA commitments, including on-call support for critical UDS issues.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers.
- Develop and deliver technical training content tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of UDS deployments.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment with new tools and strategies.
- Analyze operational and usage data to identify trends and optimize delivery strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AKS, AWS EKS, or on-prem Kubernetes.
- Experience with Helm, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Knowledgeable about DevSecOps/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and effectiveness in a remote team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed for on-site training and support.
- DoD IAT Level II certification (such as Security+) preferred.
- A DoD Secret or higher clearance is preferred.
