Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for enterprise customer identities, partner identities, and monetizer account hierarchies.
- Build a highly scalable, low-latency platform with strong service-level agreements for millions of customers and massive data workloads.
- Lead cross-team architecture across Google Cloud for end-to-end lead-to-cash business flows.
- Design and productionize Gemini-powered Master Data Management capabilities.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into durable abstractions with cross-functional leaders.
- Author design documents, uphold privacy standards, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of full-stack development experience across backend Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases and frontend JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in complex, matrixed organizations involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience architecting B2B customer identity, entity resolution, and commercial hierarchies or leading large-scale identity platforms.
- Preferred: experience applying GenAI/ML to entity matching and workflow automation under SOX, GDPR, and data-privacy constraints.
