Responsibilities
- Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
- Optimize the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
- Collaborate with Java and Spring Boot development teams to improve CI/CD and environment management.
- Participate in on-call activities and work overtime when required by project needs.
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents while collaborating with development, operations, and security teams.
Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and XL Release/XL Deploy.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including EKS, AKS, and OpenShift.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, Kinesis, RDS, and S3; Azure or GCP experience is a plus.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Rancher, Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPN, IAM, certificate management, and vulnerability scanning tools such as SonarQube and Trivy.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, Nexus or Artifactory, Terraform, Apigee, and Kong.
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Nice-to-have experience with Azure Functions, Rundeck, Airflow, Insomnia, and JMeter.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, adapt to changes, and communicate effectively.
