Responsibilities
- Develop server-side logic, custom services, and Freedom UI components in Creatio.
- Implement integrations with the bank’s service bus, core banking systems, and surrounding systems.
- Own integration contracts using governed APIs, OData, DataService, REST/JSON, and SOAP/XML.
- Develop in versioned Creatio packages with file-system development, Git, dependency management, and environment promotion.
- Use EntitySchemaQuery, Entity, and direct query classes appropriately for platform data access.
- Analyze SQL Server execution plans and resolve slow-query performance issues.
- Review code and configuration across the team.
- Contribute to reusable engineering accelerators and mentor developers new to Creatio.
Requirements
- Active Creatio Developer certification is required; advanced-level certification is a significant plus.
- At least 3 years of Creatio development experience on real client implementations.
- Strong C# and .NET skills, with working JavaScript and Angular experience for Freedom UI customization.
- Experience with Creatio package architecture, versioning, file-system development, Git, dependency management, and promotion across environments.
- Hands-on integration experience with REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, authentication, retries, idempotency, and error handling.
- Ability to work with EntitySchemaQuery, Entity, direct query classes, and SQL Server performance analysis.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Banking or fintech experience, on-premises deployment, clio CLI automation, Redis, Docker, CI/CD pipeline construction, RTL or Arabic interface work, and developer mentoring are strong advantages.
