Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a design system and UX patterns for a complex workflow-driven application.
- Build product interfaces connecting users to AI agents and underlying data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent-generated outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders to refine features.
Requirements
- 1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI, ML, or LLM-powered products and an interest in designing trustworthy automated-output experiences.
- Comfort conducting user research and iterating with operations stakeholders.
- Exposure to private markets or financial operations is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin.
Benefits
- Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
