Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect the mobile clinical experience by building dynamic, high-performance tools for patients and providers.
- Leverage the Expo ecosystem to deliver a flawless cross-platform experience and manage build pipelines.
- Design robust offline-first data synchronization strategies to ensure access to care plans.
- Champion mobile UX by focusing on premium app details and accessibility standards.
- Integrate AI capabilities into mobile interfaces to automate clinical operations.
- Raise the engineering bar by owning architectural decisions and conducting rigorous code reviews.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of frontend engineering experience with a focus on React Native and Expo.
- Expertise in managing EAS builds and integrating complex native modules.
- Strong understanding of mobile state and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and app reliability monitoring.
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
- Willingness to work in-person five days a week in San Francisco.
