Responsibilities
- Lead automation roadmaps, strategies, and account automation plans across business units.
- Assess account requirements, maturity, size, and readiness for automation initiatives.
- Drive automation maturity, customer alignment, ROI achievement, and customer references.
- Ensure required software and infrastructure are implemented for automation.
- Develop scalable dashboards and process-support systems for automation monitoring.
- Review project progress, resolve escalations, and ensure contractual commitments and successful rollouts.
- Manage access controls for export-controlled, proprietary, and sensitive project information.
- Monitor automation trends and identify capability gaps within the team.
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to close identified gaps.
Requirements
- FullStack SDET experience is mandatory.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience leading automation initiatives, roadmaps, and account-level delivery activities.
- Ability to manage customer relationships, project plans, escalations, quality control, schedules, and maintenance.
