Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Embed with operations teams to identify workflows that can be redesigned with AI and build agentic solutions end to end.
- Develop, deploy, and manage AI-powered products, taking prototypes into production with current AI tooling, LLM frameworks, and RAG.
- Drive planning, coordination, risk management, dependency management, and delivery for multi-team and multi-quarter AI programs.
- Own data-engineering strategy and infrastructure, including architecture, technology choices, roadmap, pipelines, data quality, lineage, and freshness.
- Connect operational source data to business needs by securing subscriptions, modeling domains, and building reliable data pipelines.
- Make architecture decisions across lakehouses, warehouses, batch and streaming systems, and data normalization approaches.
- Define reusable patterns and standards and mentor engineers across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
- Knowledge of data-engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations, and analytical platforms.
- Experience with SQL and Python scripting.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent, or a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or equivalent.
- Experience with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Athena, and Redshift, or an equivalent cloud data stack.
- Experience driving technical programs across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Preferred experience defining analytics roadmaps and at least 5 years of data modeling experience.
- Preferred track record of shipping bespoke AI and agentic solutions from scratch and participating in AI builder communities.
- Preferred experience building AI agents that replace manual or UI-driven workflows.
- Preferred familiarity with Amazon's internal data ecosystem, including Andes, data subscriptions, and cross-organization source-data access.
- Preferred fluency with current GenAI tooling, Amazon Bedrock, agent frameworks, and LLM-powered workflows.
- Preferred experience with Infrastructure as Code using CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Preferred experience with real-time or streaming data infrastructure such as Kinesis, Kafka, or Flink.
- Preferred experience mentoring engineers and defining reusable patterns that scale beyond one team.
