Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards for Workday integrations.
  • Design, configure, deploy, test, and manage Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
  • Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices.
  • Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance.
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects.
  • Experience supporting global, multinational HR operations, including the United States.
  • In-depth understanding of object-oriented architecture and Workday HR systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, draw conclusions, adapt to change, and support a global customer base.
  • Preferred Workday Pro certifications.
  • Preferred payroll and time-tracking integration experience.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
