Responsibilities
- Define enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards for Workday integrations.
- Design, configure, deploy, test, and manage Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle.
- Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
- Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices.
- Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance.
- Consult with stakeholders to identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects.
- Experience supporting global, multinational HR operations, including the United States.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented architecture and Workday HR systems.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs, draw conclusions, adapt to change, and support a global customer base.
- Preferred Workday Pro certifications.
- Preferred payroll and time-tracking integration experience.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
