Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain OnBase by Hyland solutions.
- Develop and support OnBase integrations using C#/.NET and APIs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, T-SQL, stored procedures, and scripts for OnBase solutions.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using OnBase reporting tools and SQL Server.
- Work with Application Enabler, Unity APIs, WorkView, and integrations with external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Participate in OnBase upgrades, migrations, system enhancements, testing, and deployment.
- Perform OnBase administration, including configuration, user management, and performance monitoring.
- Gather requirements with business teams and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support healthcare-system integrations, including EMR/EHR systems, where applicable.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in OnBase development and administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with OnBase modules and configuration.
- Strong programming skills in C# and .NET.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with OnBase APIs, integrations, and custom development.
- Hands-on experience with WorkView and Advance Capture.
- Good troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with the healthcare domain and HIPAA-compliant environments is preferred.
- Experience with HL7 imports, FHIR, mailbox-based importing, document ingestion automation, and EMR/EHR integrations is preferred.
- OnBase Administrator and/or Workflow certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with the detailed role specifying 6–8 years.
