Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, test, troubleshoot, and review code throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate on technical designs and deliver features from design through completion.
- Build and enhance AI-driven, cloud-enabled, and supply chain fulfillment capabilities.
- Apply secure coding practices and review code for compliance.
- Execute tests for scale, reliability, and velocity within owned code.
- Monitor and triage incidents, participate in postmortems, and potentially take part in on-call duties.
- Lead root-cause analysis and postmortems and serve as a subject-matter expert on assigned topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Estimate work, communicate status and blockers, and identify ways to remove delivery obstacles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, master’s degree plus 4 years, or PhD plus 1 year.
- Proficiency with Python, Java/J2EE, C++, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML/XSLT, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, REST APIs, React JS, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS, Oracle Database 19c or later, Snowflake, and SplUNK.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and at least one Oracle E-Business ERP module.
- Experience with LLM-driven software development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
- Knowledge of tokens, tokenomics, prompt engineering, LLMs, cosine similarity, embeddings, weights, Model Context Protocol, and agentic solutions.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
- Preferred qualifications include full-stack development, application design, technical leadership, Oracle Cloud or Azure, RPA, MongoDB, advanced prompt engineering, enterprise data management, and relevant cloud, AI/ML, Java, or database certifications.
- Preferred credentials include AWS Professional certification, Gen AI Black Belt, data science or security green belts, or Certified Scrum Master certification.
