Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using QTP and Selenium.
- Lead test planning, strategy, execution, regression testing, and comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, track, and communicate software defects, testing findings, and quality risks.
- Create testing documentation and reports and analyze testing data for process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to automate testing and implement automation frameworks.
- Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, project managers, and other cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor Quality Analysts, assign tasks, provide feedback, drive performance, and lead QA best-practice initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Six or more years of experience as a Quality Analyst with a proven record leading complex projects.
- Experience in software quality assurance, particularly in leadership roles.
- Experience with Selenium, QTP, SQL, Jira, DevOps, Java, and C# is required.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices is required.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, test case design techniques, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and leadership of Quality Analysts is preferred.
- A quality assurance or software testing certification such as ISTQB is preferred.
- Strong QA methodology knowledge, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, and independent-work skills are required.
