Base Salary
$165k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship integrations between Levelpath and enterprise ERP, HRIS, SSO/SCIM, ticketing, e-signature, and finance systems.
- Lead technical customer calls covering scoping, architecture reviews, debugging, and go-live support.
- Guide customers integrating with the GraphQL API and MCP surface from initial webhook setup through production cutover.
- Harden integration paths through schema enforcement, validation, retries, idempotency, and graceful degradation.
- Anchor US-hours on-call coverage, triage production issues, and improve incident-response tooling.
- Feed customer learnings back into better connectors, documentation, defaults, and agent tooling.
Requirements
- Several years of experience shipping production software with solid backend or full-stack fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with third-party APIs and integrations, including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, and data mapping.
- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js; NestJS experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and comfort with Docker.
- Strong judgment using AI agents and willingness to improve agent-driven software development workflows.
- Customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to explain integration policies and data-model tradeoffs clearly.
- Ability to own work, lead initiatives, stay calm during production incidents, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise procurement, finance, or ERP ecosystems such as Ariba, Coupa, NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
- Preferred: experience with iPaaS platforms or connector frameworks.
