Responsibilities
- Oversee technical solution sales activities and help achieve the technical win and customer trust.
- Qualify customer requirements, gather constraints, develop use cases, and participate in solution-led sales calls and prospect visits.
- Create and present solution proposals, product demonstrations, and competitive differentiators aligned with customer outcomes.
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements from initial involvement through completion and orchestrate participating teams.
- Manage technical responses to RFIs and RFPs and coordinate virtual teams for comprehensive consultative responses.
- Help customers transition securely to the cloud and remain current on cloud security trends and analyst reports.
- Build trusted relationships within target accounts, manage customer issues with support, expand existing footprints, and promote displacements.
- Mentor SEs, provide product feedback, lead Customer Executive Briefing events, and support beta and early-adopter programs.
- Maintain technical SE activities in Salesforce and deliver formal presales enablement training.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Understanding of SecOps and XDR.
- Experience with Endpoint Security and EDR.
- In-depth knowledge of security, cloud architectures, and on-premises hub-and-spoke infrastructures.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions.
- Ability to form relationships at multiple organizational levels and work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively in regional teams.
