Base Salary
$91k - $129k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software modules and reusable components for Cotiviti’s product suite.
- Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodologies and techniques.
- Analyze requirements and specifications and create detailed implementation designs.
- Analyze and resolve software issues originating from internal or external customers.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Review software engineering approaches for adherence to best practices and mentor team members in software engineering methods.
- Manage change control and maintain information in written and electronic form.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2–3 years of experience with scripting languages such as VBScript or PowerShell.
- 2–3 years of experience with Java frameworks or the .NET Framework.
- Experience optimizing and tuning SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Knowledge of and experience applying SAFe agile practices is preferred.
- Proficiency working with large data sets and delivering projects within estimated timelines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
