Responsibilities
- Own delivery across the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build and enhance interactive, scalable web applications using front-end and full-stack technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technical problems and prioritize requirements.
- Improve code quality, application performance, accessibility, testing, and verification processes.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to improve development, debugging, documentation, and delivery productivity.
- Contribute to building or integrating AI-powered features, services, and intelligent workflows.
- Support production applications and strengthen observability through logging, dashboards, monitoring, and alerting.
- Develop solutions for application support, security, compliance, incident response, QA, deployment orchestration, and system design.
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders and contribute to mentorship, learning, and shared ownership.
Requirements
- Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes.
- Experience developing software solutions aligned with design principles and business objectives.
- Experience enhancing application support, incident response, QA testing, security, compliance, deployment, and system design solutions.
- Ability to apply analytical thinking, set priorities, and guide outcomes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems independently, influence improvements, and guide team members.
- Industry expertise and the ability to analyze trends and recommend strategies.
- Ability to apply quality standards and produce high-quality stakeholder-focused written materials.
