Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and direction for a unified developer platform spanning code commits through satellite operations.
- Design and build automated, stable, scalable solutions for mission-critical applications and release workflows.
- Develop capabilities for root-cause attribution, triage, conversational analytics, narrative generation, and potential bug discovery.
- Partner with principal engineers and release teams to understand workflows, use cases, inefficiencies, and customer pain points.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing team.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 7 years of programming experience with one or more software programming languages.
- At least 7 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering-team leader.
- Preferred: at least 7 years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to export-control requirements.
