Responsibilities
- Implement generative AI models and develop production-ready AI applications and pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements, develop hypotheses, and align solutions with business goals.
- Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning and identify opportunities for product and service integration.
- Optimize generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Design and implement prompt-engineering strategies and NLP techniques for GenAI models.
- Support conversational AI, speech, and voice applications using varied data formats and sources.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy and apply statistical modeling, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Create technical specifications, user guides, presentations, and other documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to best practices and standards for generative AI development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education and a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, including knowledge of GPT, VAE, and GANs.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with data visualization tools or libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software engineering principles, statistical modeling, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A Ph.D. is highly desirable.
