Base Salary
$110k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take on varied projects typical of an early-stage startup.
- Collaborate with the Product team to improve the product and develop new solutions.
- Learn and build across the web and data stack, taking ownership of core features.
- Maintain thorough test coverage on your code.
- Guide early technical architecture decisions.
- Act as a thought leader, working with founders to set and ship the vision.
- Establish and promote the Coworker engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in programming languages like Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excitement, ambition, and a fun attitude.
- Experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript is a plus.
