Base Salary
$113k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 modules.
- Develop and optimize relational and dimensional data models for analytics, reporting, and operational applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions with business stakeholders.
- Implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Create technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide support for implemented solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, formal software development life cycle processes, agile development, and continuous improvement.
- Design data exchange interfaces, extraction, transformation, and loading solutions, and technology interfaces or bridges.
- Estimate and monitor development costs and advise on developer workbench tool selection and use.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience customizing, configuring, and developing with Dynamics 365.
- Expert-level experience with Azure DevOps.
- Strong data modeling skills, including relational and dimensional data models.
- Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and data integration approaches.
- Extensive experience with SQL.
- Working knowledge of Azure tenant and environment management.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Power Query.
- Experience with cloud solutions architecture and deployment.
- Understanding of business process automation and CRM/ERP systems.
- Experience developing large software products, including upgrades and migrations, and integrating software into customer or partner environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365 preferred.
- Knowledge of Caterpillar dealer hierarchy data preferred.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
