Responsibilities
- Lead development and support of scalable Salesforce platform solutions for customer subscription and account management.
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, and REST integrations.
- Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and cloud-based systems, including event-driven Salesforce Platform Events architectures.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and support mission-critical application uptime.
- Implement Salesforce security models involving profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Perform version control and release management using Git, SVN, and Salesforce deployment tools.
- Develop asynchronous and bulk Apex, including Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods, and bulk triggers.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive platform best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Software or Electronics), or Computer Information Systems.
- Five years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in the offered position or as a Software Engineer, Developer, or IT Analyst.
- Experience developing Salesforce application solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Events, AWS integrations, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
- Experience implementing the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and org-wide defaults.
- Experience using Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and Copado for CI/CD pipeline development and deployment.
- Experience with Git, SVN, multi-environment Salesforce deployments, and asynchronous and bulk Apex development.
