Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current business processes across core SAP modules.
- Design solutions utilizing broader SAP components and recommend optimized configurations.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA migrations and assist with data harmonization.
- Collaborate on end-to-end processes and define integration patterns.
- Apply Tessera’s AI platform to automate business workflows and processes.
- Serve as a functional advisor during enterprise transformation programs.
- Conduct workshops and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for functional solution quality and enterprise governance.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of SAP functional consulting or ERP business process experience.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA functional configuration.
- Experience mapping business requirements to ERP systems and integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
