Base Salary

$185k - $254k/yr

Responsibilities

Analyze and document current business processes across core SAP modules.
Design solutions utilizing broader SAP components and recommend optimized configurations.
Lead SAP S/4HANA migrations and assist with data harmonization.
Collaborate on end-to-end processes and define integration patterns.
Apply Tessera’s AI platform to automate business workflows and processes.
Serve as a functional advisor during enterprise transformation programs.
Conduct workshops and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Take responsibility for functional solution quality and enterprise governance.

Requirements

3–7+ years of SAP functional consulting or ERP business process experience.
Hands-on exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA functional configuration.
Experience mapping business requirements to ERP systems and integrations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.
