Base Salary
$82k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions using React and .NET.
- Design and develop DevOps solutions using Jenkins, Ansible, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and internal solutions.
- Resolve level 3 deployment, configuration, and architecture issues through direct customer interaction.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to team members and operations partners.
- Define technical requirements, project specifications, system architectures, and design solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and develop features according to quality standards and coding practices.
- Automate processes and write maintainable, supportable, and testable code.
- Maintain partnerships with operations and engineering teams to improve services and support audit compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant engineering or IT work experience.
- Proven Technical Lead experience with DevOps methodologies and toolsets.
- Proven Technical Lead experience with React, Angular, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, .NET, and RESTful networking.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with excellent verbal and written communication.

- Total base pay range is $82,100.00-$172,500.00 USD annually, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
