Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships and engagement plans for assigned strategic partners.
- Develop joint technical strategies supporting customer acquisition, expansion, renewals, and platform adoption.
- Deliver partner enablement, workshops, field guidance, demonstrations, and technical assets.
- Coach partner solutions engineers on discovery, validation, objection handling, and solution design.
- Lead discovery and translate customer requirements into use cases, measurable outcomes, ROI, efficiency gains, and risk reduction.
- Architect scalable Darktrace solutions across hybrid, multicloud, and existing security environments.
- Advise partners and customers on deployment, integrations, performance, coverage, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Support demonstrations, evaluations, proofs of value, solution reviews, and executive technical conversations.
- Identify deal risks, remove technical blockers, and support opportunity progression and technical win plans.
- Coordinate with sales, customer success, professional services, support, product, and engineering teams to ensure continuity through deployment, adoption, and expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, presales, partner engineering, technical account management, or a related customer-facing cybersecurity or SaaS role.
- Proven ability to enable technical audiences, influence stakeholders, and support new business and expansion motions.
- Strong knowledge of networking, AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern security architectures.
- Experience with SOC technologies and workflows, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, and complex hybrid environments.
- Ability to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, guide evaluations, and communicate technical and business value clearly.
- Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, consultative selling, and business acumen skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partner and customer priorities with urgency and ownership.
- Fundamental understanding of AI technologies, including LLM, ML, and NLP.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience accepted.
- Relevant cloud, security, and AI certifications are a plus.
