Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships and engagement plans for assigned strategic partners.
- Develop joint technical strategies supporting customer acquisition, expansion, renewals, and platform adoption.
- Deliver technical enablement, workshops, field guidance, and coaching for partner solutions engineers.
- Lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, evaluations, proofs of value, technical validation, and objection handling.
- Align Darktrace solutions with SOC workflows and translate customer requirements into measurable business and security outcomes.
- Architect solutions across hybrid, multicloud, and existing security environments, including required integrations and deployment considerations.
- Collaborate with sales and technical account teams to qualify opportunities, advance technical win plans, remove blockers, and support pipeline and account planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure technical handoffs from presales through deployment, adoption, and expansion.
- Share partner, customer, market, and competitive feedback to improve product strategy, enablement, and go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, presales, partner engineering, technical account management, or a related customer-facing cybersecurity or SaaS role.
- Proven ability to enable technical audiences, influence stakeholders, and support new-business and expansion motions.
- Strong knowledge of networking, AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern security architectures.
- Experience with SOC technologies and workflows, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, and complex hybrid environments.
- Ability to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, guide evaluations, and communicate technical and business value clearly.
- Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, consultative selling, and business acumen skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partner and customer priorities with urgency, ownership, and execution focus.
- Fundamental understanding of AI technologies, including LLM, ML, and NLP.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant cloud, security, and AI certifications are a plus.
