Responsibilities

  • Lead QA strategy and roadmap for AI and SaaS platforms, improving automation, test coverage, and release quality.
  • Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for API, UI, and data validation testing.
  • Use AI tools and develop testing strategies for foundation models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and generative AI frameworks.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to validate AI/ML workflows, analytics pipelines, and production model integrations.
  • Lead performance, security, regression, end-to-end, longevity, reliability, migration, and load testing.
  • Ensure testing coverage across microservices, APIs, mobile, and web solutions in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
  • Conduct root-cause and trend analysis and recommend process or automation improvements.
  • Document QA processes, release notes, and best practices in Confluence and Jira.
  • Maintain alignment with Agile/SAFe practices and provide QA team mentorship or leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 9+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including significant automation experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Ability to understand complex features and write effective test cases, automation scripts, validations, and assertions.
  • Strong hands-on experience creating and maintaining custom test automation frameworks.
  • Experience testing complex systems for end-to-end, longevity, reliability, migration, and performance concerns.
  • Experience building and deploying AI testing strategies for foundation models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, or generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and Guidance.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.
  • Ability to understand distributed systems and design test strategies for them.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures and related testing methodologies.
  • Experience with performance or load-testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, prior QA leadership or mentorship, and testing data-driven applications.
